VISIT: Reservations

Individuals:
While reservations are not required, the daily number of tickets is limited. If you are traveling a great distance, reservations are recommended. Reservations are taken for a limited number of tours each day and may be made by calling 518-828-0135 up to two weeks in advance of your visit. (Reservations are not able to made the day of the tour)  You must arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled tour reservation time to pick up the reserved tickets. Reservations are held until twenty minutes prior to the tour. If tickets have not been picked up by then, they are forfeited, and sold as general admission.

Groups:
Group tour reservations (15 persons or more) are accepted throughout the season for the current calendar year. Reservations for the next calendar year are accepted after November 1. Reservations must be made at least 1 month in advance of the visit. The group must arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled tour reservation time to pick up the reserved tickets. This allows time to unload from the bus (or if arriving in separate vehicles, it allows time for the group to assemble). A complimentary pass is available for the driver and tour leader with group tours; both driver and tour leader must be registered with the site in advance of the tour.

School Groups:
Special rates are available for school groups.
