Volunteer at the Summer Party

Each year, Olana hosts its annual summer party. We would greatly appreciate your help in making this event as wonderfully successful as it has been for the past eight years. Volunteer to help us make this the most fun and successful summer
party to date!

Where we need help:

Friday, July 23rd: 5-9PM. Help us with early set up, including decorating the tent and event area. Any amount of time you can give is appreciated.

Saturday, July 24th:

10AM to 4PM. Help us decorate the tent and outdoor areas. Help set up chairs, tables, etc.
6-9PM. Check in cars at the entrance. Two teams of four needed.
6-8PM. Usher guests from checkpoints to the registration table. Three volunteers needed.
6-9PM. Check guests in, take payment if guest has not paid. Two teams of three needed.
6-10PM. Run the silent auction table. Two teams of two needed.
11-12PM. Clean up.
