Rent the Wagon House Education Center
Imagine the Possibilities: Consider Olana for your next gathering, meeting, professional development workshop, or small conference. The Wagon House is located within the rustic beauty of Olana’s historic farm area; enjoy the distinctive open space that includes one large meeting room, bathroom facilities, temperature control, AV equipment, window tinting, outdoor picnic area, and a large parking lot. The Wagon House Education Center is available to individuals, organizations, schools, and businesses as a rental space.
Available Times:
- Available Tuesday-Friday, 9:00 AM -5:00 PM
- Limited Saturday use; based on availability.
- Email education@olana.org to learn more about renting outside of these listed hours (pricing will vary).
Rental Rates for Individual Private Gatherings:
- $700.00 two-hour base rate
- $650.00 two-hour base rate for Olana Members (Dual Membership level and above*)
- $150.00 for every additional hour
A Dual level membership ($90) can be purchased to receive the discounted $650 two-hour base rate. Contact lmiller@olana.org to learn more.
Rental Rates for Regional Businesses or Private Organizations:
- $400.00 two-hour base rate
- $150.00 for every additional hour
Rental Rates for Columbia and Greene County Non-Profit Organizations:
- FREE two-hour base rate
- No additional cost for additional hours rented
All Rentals include:
- Staff assistance with booking and permitting processes
- 30-minutes of staff assisted set up in advance of the event
- Additional TOP staff assistance incurs additional cost
How to rent: Call (518) 567-2170 or email education@olana.org to determine available dates and discuss payment. Once a date has been secured, renters will be required to sign a rental agreement. Payment must be received in advance of rental date.
